TENNIS CRICKET CAMBODIA

TENNIS Cricket - What's it all about?

Tennis Cricket is a team game being Played between Two teams of 16 players each (11 in field and 5 as substitutes) in a rounded rectangular ground of 40 meters (Boundary) and 20 meters (inner-circle) radius from the middle stumps and a pitch measuring 18 meters in length and 3 meters in width. The game is played with a heavy Tennis Cricket Ball weighing 125 grams  and a light Tennis Cricket Bat of length not more than 38 inches and width not more than 4 1/4 inches using safety guards such as helmet, batting and wicket  keeping gloves, thigh pads and abdominal and groin guards. The matches are played in a single inning of 15 over each. Tennis Cricket matches are played in all age Groups such as Sub Junior (Under 14 yrs), Junior (Under 17 yrs), Senior (above 17 yrs)  in both groups (Men & Women) at national level and Sub Junior (Under 15 yrs), Junior (Under 18 yr), Senior ( above 18 yrs)  in both groups (Men & Women) at international level.

 

Cambodia is now affiliated country with ITCF  (International Tennis Cricket Federation) Sole governing Body of Tennis Cricket in World. 

CFCA Cricket Federation Cambodia is a registered Sports not for profit association of dedicated & dynamic social change makers working towards empowerment and enrichment of Persons with Disabilities through sports. CFCA aims at promoting the sport for peace and development among persons with disabilities.

Our Association emphases on engaging itself with government, civil societies, corporate houses and various social sector organizations in order to draw the attention, consideration and responsiveness towards this sector.

It further aims to adopt professional approaches in addressing the challenges of creating an inclusive society that empowers along with their families in Cambodia.
